My word for 2018 is FUN! I want to find the playful side of whatever I'm doing, from my health and wellness business, to writing, to working out, to my marriage and hanging out with my kids. So often we get stuck focusing on what is mundane or what is lacking from our life that we forget to notice the little moments we could be enjoying.

It's been a hot second since I've written any posts for the ol' blog. Baby Lewis hasn't been sleeping much, so I try to go to bed shortly after he falls asleep at night. This cuts down drastically on my work time, and nap times (when I can get the boys' naps to synch) are spent helping people get started on their nutritional rebalancing systems or working on freelance writing.

Some find having their first baby to be the hardest, others struggle going from 1 to 2 kids, while still others maintain that having their third truly threw them for a loop. I think so much of this depends on your stage of life, the ages of your kids, and the temperament of each baby.
